The Path to a Consistent Domain Name
A website has a long memory—even for statements that have long since become outdated within the company.
At netunite, I reviewed this accumulated content using Aivis-OS, clarified any outstanding questions with the client, and implemented the cleanup. Since then, the team has learned firsthand what Aivis-OS can do.
A domain
It has to be worth it.

For netunite, the website is the primary sales channel. The company uses Microsoft technologies; its team focuses on responsibilities, governance, and risks. What the company says about itself publicly must stand up to scrutiny. And netunite wants to be accurately represented even when prospective customers direct their questions to an AI system.
However, the Aivis OS audit revealed a situation that could not continue as it was. Old and new service pages appeared side by side, past qualifications were listed as current information, and expertise was scattered across multiple pages. In the summer of 2026, netunite commissioned a review of the content inventory. I took charge of implementing this phase.

Governance also means knowing what the rules are
A past award is part of a company’s history. It needs a time frame. Without one, a verifiable past can quickly turn into a claim about the present.
At netunite, this was evident in the company’s Microsoft partner status. The audit conducted in July 2026 revealed discrepancies in the information provided. Upon further clarification, it was determined that the current status is “Microsoft Partner.” Previous Gold competencies are now part of the company’s history. Both were given their proper place on the updated partner page.
That is exactly what the Aivis-OS decision-making process is for. The summary report organizes the identified contradictions into conflict groups: contradictory information regarding the same set of facts, along with all sources where they were found. The detailed report provides the supporting evidence. Issues that can only be resolved with internal knowledge are entered into a decision form; for many questions, this form already includes a recommendation and possible alternatives.
The findings themselves are also being reviewed. Feedback from netunite has corrected initial assumptions and clarified the actual scope of services. A reference confirms what is stated on a website. Whether it is factually accurate still needs to be determined.
The decisions are fed back into the audit software. This generates precise task lists for each address, down to the exact wording and punctuation. The client can work through them on their own or delegate the implementation to the Aivis OS team. At netunite, I took on this task; the client team remained involved in technical decisions and specific editorial work.
This process makes accountability concrete: The customer decides which statement applies. I ensure that this decision is reflected in the published content. After all, simply filling out a form doesn’t change a website on its own.

All the way down to the individual pages
Twelve service and partner pages were revised. Redirects were set up for 23 old URLs to the appropriate landing pages. Useful expertise from the existing content was incorporated into the new versions—for example, regarding OneDrive, governance issues, and migration requirements.
The 33 issues of the Microsoft Digest were also clearly organized as a dated archive. A news item from that time may be preserved. It just shouldn’t be presented as information about today without being noted as such.
The work also included page layout and technical output. For example, a system title that was hidden from view remained in the source code, while the visible header area displayed a different title. I analyzed the issue and prepared instructions for the developers; the server team in charge implemented the changes.
These tasks are interrelated. A well-defined message requires a suitable platform, clear text, and a technical output that supports this context. That is why working with Aivis-OS extends into editorial, design, and website architecture. Machine-readability is also achieved in these areas.
The value became apparent in the project
I didn’t have to convince netunite of the value of this clarification. The satisfaction of resolving conflicting information and establishing a definitive position was clearly evident throughout the project. This aligned with the team’s governance standards: it should be clear which statement applies and who made that decision.
Current Status and Next Steps
The commissioned cleanup has been completed. The next step with Aivis-OS is scheduled for September 2026: A baseline measurement is planned before the domain-based structured data is imported. This will allow us to compare the impact later on.
The progress made so far is evident today: decisions have been made, content has been edited, and changes have been implemented. This will be followed by the structured rollout.
How It Works
Not a coincidence, but a method.
Every reference on this website was created in the same order: first, decide what the brand stands for; then, distill what it embodies; next, develop content that both people and machines can read; and finally, deliver and test it. Whenever specialists were needed, they were there. As a child, I wanted to be a Lego builder. Making brands systematically effective is almost just as satisfying.
What I Offer
This is usually where a digital agency would showcase its range of services, from UX to IT. For me, there’s just one task here—but it includes everything needed to accomplish it: making companies machine-readable so they remain visible—and as themselves. The work follows a sequence. You can jump in wherever you are right now. The overview shows how everything fits together.
